Mobrium provides analytics and insights related to publicly available employer review data. This policy explains how Mobrium collects, processes, and references third-party content.

Reference-Only Data Model

Mobrium operates using a "reference-only" data model. We do not host, reproduce, or distribute full third-party review content from external platforms. Instead, we store and present:

  • Links (URLs) to publicly available review pages
  • Objective, factual attributes associated with reviews (e.g., ratings, dates, job-related metadata)
  • Aggregated insights and analytics derived from review data (e.g., sentiment scores, topic trends)

No Storage of Review Text

Mobrium does not store full review text from third-party platforms in its systems. Any review content that is processed for analytical purposes is handled transiently and is not retained.

Limited Use of Excerpts

In limited cases, Mobrium may display very short excerpts or snippets derived from review content solely to illustrate identified themes or topics. These excerpts:

  • Are brief and non-substantive
  • Are not intended to reproduce or substitute for the original review
  • Are presented alongside a direct link to the source

Source Attribution and Access

All referenced reviews remain hosted on their original platforms, such as Glassdoor, Indeed, Comparably, and InHerSight. Users may access full review content only by visiting those platforms directly.

User Responsibility

Users of Mobrium are responsible for complying with the terms, conditions, and policies of any third-party websites they access through links provided within the Mobrium platform.

No Affiliation

Mobrium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party review platform unless explicitly stated.
