Rodney Holt is a leadership & Learning Architect with nearly two decades of global experience. Partnering with organizations to build coaching-centered capability frameworks that translate strategy into behavior and purposeful leaders who execute, innovate, and thrive in complexity. His work spans executive leadership, sales and front-line leader development, high-performance teams, and enterprise-wide coaching cultures across global markets. A Doctor of Leadership candidate, Rodney’s research explores how leaders’ partner with AI as a teammate, not merely a tool with aspirations to strengthen strategic innovation, learning agility, and decision-making while preserving deeply human judgement and empathy. A former collegiate football player drafted to the CFL, Rodney chose leadership development over professional sport. For more than 20 years, he has volunteered as a high school football coach, mentoring youth leaders in discipline, resilience, and character principles that shape his work with executives today. Based in Lethbridge, Alberta, near the Canadian Rockies, Rodney and his wife, Jenn, have four grown children. After living across North America and the Caribbean, they returned to Alberta to help parents’ age in place, reflecting his belief that leadership begins with stewardship and service to others.
